A "slow and guided" walk of 4 hours on Tuesdays and Fridays (guaranteed departures) to "wide open nostrils", through the Cuneo market which every week attracts buyers from all over the province and France. Tasting tour in authentic places, from the shop to the market stall for a total of 10 fabulous tastings of our excellences. In the stalls: honey, fresh, aged and mountain cheeses, sheep and goat cheeses from our Valleys, the anchovies, breadsticks and bread, "fiaschette" and typical salami, fresh seasonal fruit, Piedmontese appetizers. In a grocery store history: the "Cuneesi al Rhum", with chestnut and nougat. In a charming bar: coffee, and a lunch of handmade pasta and a glass of wine in a tavern in the historic center. Along the way, you will be delighted by funny stories about our history, culture and tradition and the scents of our historic center.
